By accessing or using DXData ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DXData is a data lakehouse platform providing SQL analytics, data governance, pipeline orchestration, and AI-powered intelligence. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.

You retain all rights to data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DXData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
